Job summary

Fractile is seeking an Engineer to analyse large semiconductor datasets, identify trends, and drive yield improvements. You will work across NPI,Yield and Product Quality, turning complex data into actionable engineering conclusions.

The role requires hands-on data analysis, strong communication, and the ability to build repeatable workflows. Occasional travel worldwide may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor data analysis and yield engineering.
• Strong statistical and data visualization skills for engineering data.
• Bachelor-level degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large semiconductor datasets to identify trends and variation sources.
• Improve yield and reliability; provide clear engineering insights to teams.
• Develop automated analyses, dashboards and repeatable analytical workflows.
• Collaborate across NPI, Yield, and Quality Engineering; travel as needed.
