Job summary

LOCALiQ, the digital marketing arm of Newsquest Media Group, seeks a Business and Customer Insight Administrator to support sales teams and the wider business. You will manage admin processes, handle data, and generate performance reports in a fast-paced environment.

Training starts in York with later transition to home working; hybrid working is offered to suit flexible hours. Open to full-time or part-time applicants, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Numerate with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Experience in administration or data support within a sales environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of admin-based processes to drive performance and identify business opportunities.
• Manage the administration of Territory & Market Share data, Rate Card support, and Lead Opportunity distribution.
• Maintain and update target trending and KPI reports to support revenue growth.
• Handle communications from shared inboxes and the BCI service desk.
• Assist in designing and drafting customer communications.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
• Evaluate and improve internal processes to boost team efficiency.
• Take ownership of personal development to enhance skills and effectiveness in the role.
