Job summary

Onward Homes is seeking a Performance & Insight Analyst to join the Finance team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on analysing and reporting performance data, producing insights to influence strategic decisions and drive operational improvements.

The successful candidate will ensure data standards and quality, and will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver reporting across performance areas. Experience with BI tools and Housing knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into dashboards and reports to drive performance.
• Strong analytical skills to influence decision making.
• Ability to understand business needs and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience developing data and performance services and improving systems.
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop indicators, dashboards and reporting to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Provide accurate analyses and narrative to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver reporting for customer, property and support services.
• Ensure data quality and governance, and perform data reconciliations as needed.
• Produce external data and regulatory returns as required.
