Job summary

People Marketing Fashion Recruitment represents a leading sportswear brand seeking an organised, data-driven Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels and streamline supply chain operations in London. You will own inventory control, stock forecasting, and warehouse flow.

The role requires 5–7 years’ experience, hands-on analytics, and strong ERP/WMS proficiency, with ~20% travel to EU locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as Inventory manager.
• Hands on and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in managing a 3PL is a must.
• Ideally in Footwear & Apparel industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular cycle counts, and coordinate physical inventory audits.
• Analyse sales data, seasonality, and market trends to forecast future stock needs and establish reorder points.
• Implement best practices for stock rotation and space utilisation
• Warehouse operations, stock accuracy, location and movement
• Procedures, maintaining, reviewing and optimizing procedure
• Oversee inventory accuracy, reporting, and traceability
• Oversee system synchronisation and inaccuracy reporting between Webshop, ERP and WMS
• Inventory write off, measured against contractual KPI’s
• Optimising warehouse processes, ABC classification, stock movement optimization
• 80% London based with travel ~20% to Netherlands, UK DC’s or other European locations
