Job summary

Capgemini, a global technology services leader, seeks an Engineering Science Consultant in its Utilities Practice to translate environmental and operational data into actionable insights using AI and data engineering.

You will collaborate with engineers, OT/IoT specialists, data scientists and environmental scientists to design and deliver data-driven solutions, build scalable software, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required
• Experience with Python or R on real-world datasets
• Analytical modelling or statistical assessment experience
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making with asset, operational and engineering teams
• Develop data pipelines and AI solutions for environmental and utility challenges
• Apply ML, statistical modelling and optimisation to large datasets
• Create dashboards and visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
