Job summary

Cunninghame Housing Association is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence & Improvement Lead in Ayrshire to turn data into actionable insights. You will lead BI delivery, performance reporting and improvement activities across the organisation, working with managers, senior leaders and boards to inform strategic decisions.

You will play a pivotal role in building a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy and timely insight to drive better customer outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience of developing performance reports, dashboards or business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends.
• Excellent IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
• Collaborative approach with the confidence to influence positive change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports and BI tools.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support development and monitoring of key performance indicators and frameworks.
• Provide clear reports to managers, senior leaders and governance forums.
• Lead and support improvement projects and service transformation.
• Promote effective use of data and insight to support decisions.
• Strengthen data quality and accountability across teams.
