You will provide professional information, advice and support to managers and staff, helping to maintain effective information systems and excellent customer service. You will need GCSE English Language and Maths or equivalent, an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, and a Level 3 IT qualification or equivalent experience.

You will be organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. You will also understand data protection, safeguarding and equality and diversity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
