Job summary

Calibre Candidates Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead/Manager to drive complex data programmes across enterprise insurance environments in London. The role requires coordinating onsite and offshore teams and delivering through modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.

You will manage multiple workstreams, governance, budgets and stakeholder communications, ensuring projects align with client objectives within a London Market or P&C insurance context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead/Manager.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Background in IT services, technology consulting or service-based organisations is preferred.
• Recent or current experience delivering projects for London Market or P&C insurance clients.
• Strong programme governance, stakeholder management, risk management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of modern data platforms, data engineering and cloud-based data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data programmes using Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams, managing priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
• Manage programme plans, resources, budgets, governance and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with data engineers, architects, business stakeholders and clients to resolve delivery challenges.
• Oversee delivery across data engineering, cloud platforms, integration, migration and analytics workstreams.
• Drive delivery quality, continuous improvement and alignment with client objectives.
