Calibre Candidates Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead/Manager to drive complex data programmes across enterprise insurance environments in London. The role requires coordinating onsite and offshore teams and delivering through modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.

You will manage multiple workstreams, governance, budgets and stakeholder communications, ensuring projects align with client objectives within a London Market or P&C insurance context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead/Manager.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Background in IT services, technology consulting or service-based organisations is preferred.
• Recent or current experience delivering projects for London Market or P&C insurance clients.
• Strong programme governance, stakeholder management, risk management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of modern data platforms, data engineering and cloud-based data solutions.

We’re working with a leading insurance consultancy and technology partner seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead / Manager to drive complex data programmes across enterprise insurance environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery-focused professional with experience in Databricks and/or Snowflake, leading end-to-end data initiatives and coordinating onsite and offshore teams. You’ll manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks and stakeholder relationships, ensuring successful delivery across complex technology programmes. Experience working for IT services or consulting organisations is highly desirable, alongside recent or current experience delivering projects for London Market or P&C insurance clients.
