The role will be remote with time as needed in London/ Hampshire office.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, you'll sit at the point where data, technology and the wider business meet. Your role will be to make data governance practical, build ownership and help people understand why getting data right really matters.
This is a people-focused role. You'll work with senior leaders, operational teams and technical specialists to influence behaviours, build confidence and embed better ways of working.
You'll combine data knowledge with strong communication and change skills.
Experience in areas such as data governance, data quality, data stewardship, MDM, transformation, organisational change, stakeholder engagement or enterprise systems would be valuable.
You don't need to be a technical expert, but you should be comfortable discussing data architecture, integrations, APIs, data models and data flows with technical teams.
This is a chance to have a real impact on how an organisation manages and uses its data - helping move data governance from a set of processes and policies to something people understand, own and actually use every day
