Job Description

Are you someone with intermediate level knowledge of Excel? Do you have previous experience using SAP? And are you someone who is looking to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic business? Our client is a leading automotive supplier based in Warwick that enjoys an enviable reputation for its expertise. They are now looking to recruit a Data Coordinator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract; Monday – Friday. You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data/records across the organisation databases.

The right candidate would have previous experience in a data entry role using SAP as a desirable and has a proficiency using Microsoft applications, especially Excel and can multi-task and prioritise time effectively. Key Responsibilities
  1. Input and maintain material and customer records using SAP.
  2. Input and maintain the data in the databases across the organisation, ensuring it is inline with business requirements and timelines.
  3. Complete/run audits on a regular basis to ensure optimum data accuracy.
  4. Able to identify any errors in the data, whilst providing relevant feedback to be able to improve processes in both the data collection and input.
  5. Maintain information of all billing outputs and contact emails.
  6. Provide support to the wider team as and when necessary.
Key Skills & Experience
  1. Previous experience in a Data Entry, Data Admin or Data Coordinator role.
  2. Proficiency in using SAP is an advantage.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications; Excel at an intermediate level.
  4. Excellent numeracy skills.
  5. Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Be a great team player and be proactive in your approach to work.
Additional Information
  1. Monday- Friday.
  2. 12-months FTC.
  3. 25 days annual leave (pro-rata), plus bank holidays.
  4. On-site parking.
