Job summary

Vertiv are seeking skilled Cooling Engineers within the Southeast region of England to oversee and maintain our cooling systems within our customers data centre facilities. The role focuses on ensuring optimal equipment performance through regular maintenance and repairs with a strong sense of ownership in this critical infrastructure environment.

Extensive product training will be provided through Vertiv's academy and you will be supported in the field by a Field Delivery Manager as part of a

Qualifications

• Maintain cooling systems for data centres with safety and operational standards.
• Regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and extend lifespan.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in air conditioning units, chillers, pumps, and related infrastructure.
• Read schematics, drawings and system diagrams to guide repairs and modifications.
• Operate within a maintenance team during upgrades or construction projects.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain detailed digital records of maintenance activities for compliance.

Responsibilities
