Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a data centre or IT hardware support role.
• Strong understanding of networking basics and cabling standards.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and network equipment.
• Perform routine hardware checks and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to alerts and troubleshoot hardware issues.

Skills

Experience in data centre or IT hardware support

Strong understanding of server hardware

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to lift and move equipment

Education

Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, or DC-specific training
