Clear. in Blyth is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day logistics on our data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will manage deliveries, storage, site coordination with subcontractors and site management, promote safe working practices, and supervise operatives while maintaining an organised, efficient site operation. A background in construction logistics and strong leadership, communication and health & safety knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Experience in logistics or site supervision within construction.
• At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of delivery coordination, material handling and storage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the site compound, including storage areas and material allocation.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries to ensure materials arrive safely and on time.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding delivery requirements and access arrangements.
• Attend pre-start meetings to communicate site logistics procedures and booking processes.
• Promote just-in-time delivery to minimise congestion and maximise storage space.
• Ensure loading/unloading activities are carried out safely within designated areas.
• Prevent congestion and obstructions on site access roads.
• Supervise site operatives and ensure health and safety procedures.
• Monitor labour allocation and prepare work reports.
• Support the wider project team in maintaining an organised site operation.
