Linesight is seeking a Pre-Construction Senior Project Manager in the UK to lead multi-disciplinary teams on data centre and complex infrastructure projects. You will shape project vision, manage risk, and drive BIM-enabled design development through to construction readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, client-facing communication, and experience in tendering, procurement, and pre-construction planning.

• Experience managing risk, change, and project governance.

Responsabilidades

• Outline the project vision, requirements, SMART goals, and deliverables.
• Detail site constraints through land surveys, geotechnical testing, and utility mapping.
• Oversee design development, BIM, code compliance, and value engineering for cost/quality.
• Define design milestones, takeoffs, cashflow projections, and contingency planning.
• Establish pre-construction timelines, WBS, and critical path milestones.
• Coordinate procurement, tendering, and early long-lead material planning.
• Maintain risk registers and stakeholder reporting protocols.
