Job summary

Optronix is seeking a senior programme leader to own delivery of flagship data centre programmes across the UK and EMEA. You will lead multi-site builds, fit-outs and migrations from win through to handover, directly managing client relationships and commercial outcomes.

You will mentor project managers and site teams, uphold governance, risk, schedule and quality across concurrent sites, and provide safety leadership under CDM and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven hyperscale and/or colocation delivery at multi-million‑pound scale.
• Strong grasp of M&E, white-space fit-out and structured cabling.
• Commercial acumen — contracts, margin, change control.
• Eligible for UK SC clearance; willing to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Optronix’s largest data centre programmes across the UK and EMEA, leading multi-site builds, fit-outs and migrations from win to handover, and owning the client relationship and commercial outcome end to end.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and site teams.
• Programme governance, risk, schedule and quality across concurrent sites.
• Safety leadership (CDM) and compliance across all works.
