Job summary

The Shore Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical works on a data centre project in Bracknell. You will manage subcontractor activities, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, safety and quality standards.

Role requires CSCS/SSSTS, data centre background, and strong coordination of multiple trades. Immediate start on a 6-month rolling contract with 45–50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Mechanical Supervisor position
• Valid CSCS & SSSTS
• Previous Data Centre experience is essential
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work packages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and on programme
• Coordinate multiple work packages within data centre mechanical services
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site
• Maintain clear communication with client and site team
