LOD group is seeking an Interim Construction Lawyer to support data centres and digital infrastructure expansion across Europe. You will work with an in-house team on strategic, non-contentious construction matters for major infrastructure developments.

In this fast-moving environment, you will draft and negotiate EPC and consultant contracts, advise on land and site development, and coordinate with external counsel across jurisdictions to ensure efficient delivery while mitigating risk.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with strong non-contentious construction law experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of construction-related agreements, including EPC contracts, consultant appointments, framework agreements, and supply contracts.
• Advise on land acquisition, site development, and data centre construction projects.
• Support procurement strategy, risk allocation, and contract structuring for complex infrastructure developments.
• Advise on leasing and colocation arrangements where required.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal guidance to project and delivery teams.
• Coordinate with external counsel across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Develop contract playbooks, templates, and scalable legal processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while appropriately managing risk.
