Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is recruiting a Data Centre Facilities Engineer for our client’s expanding team. The role requires a full UK driving licence, willingness to travel between multiple sites, and eligibility for SC clearance.

You will work with LV electrical systems, HVAC, fire and security systems, and ensure safe, reliable operations across critical infrastructure. The successful candidate will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, monitor Building Management Systems, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between multiple sites.
• Eligible for SC Clearance.
• Experience with LV electrical systems, generators, switchgear, and critical infrastructure.
• Experience with HVAC and cooling systems.
• Understanding of fire detection/suppression and security systems.
• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance (PPM schedules).
• Ability to monitor systems using BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Experience working alongside contractors, vendors, and external engineers.
• Strong health & safety awareness and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: £32,000 per annum + on-call allowance

Ideal candidates will have the following:
