Job summary

James Lewis Recruitment is seeking a CSA Supervisor for a live data centre refurbishment in Camberley. The role is site-based and freelance, responsible for day-to-day CSA works and coordinating trades around M&E delivery teams to keep the project moving.

You will supervise subcontractors, check progress, manage access, permits and RAMS, and maintain QA records. Applicants with data centre experience and qualifications such as SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid are preferred; reading drawings and strong

Qualifications

• Experience as CSA Supervisor or equivalent on construction projects.
• Data centre refurbishment or services-heavy projects preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with subcontractors.
• SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid required; Temporary Works is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day CSA works on a live data centre refurbishment.
• Coordinate subcontractors across openings, penetrations, fire stopping, risers and finishes.
• Work with CSA Construction Manager and M&E teams to keep progress.
• Ensure access, permits, drawings and materials are available for contractors.
• Maintain QA records, inspections and close-out items.
• Support client walks, package reviews and snag close-out.
