Job summary

Radius Consultancy is recruiting a Commercial M&E Contracts and Procurement Manager for a Datacentre organisation based in London. You will lead procurement strategies, manage tendering and contract negotiations, and oversee supplier onboarding and KPI performance to ensure value for money and governance.

The role requires experience with capital projects, framework agreements and close collaboration with project teams and legal. London-based, with the role primarily office-based.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement strategies and contract governance.
• Proven ability to manage tenders and contract negotiations.
• Experience with supplier onboarding and KPI management.
• Experience with OFCI and major capital expenditure contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier database with compliance docs.
• Lead procurement strategies and alignment with programme requirements.
• Prepare RFP/ITTs, manage tender process and evaluations.
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure proper engrossment.
• Monitor tender activity and report procurement governance.
