Mitchell McDermott in London is seeking a Construction Project Manager with Data Centre experience to lead a portfolio of data centre projects across the capital. You will manage client relationships, oversee schedules, and ensure precise reporting.

In this role you will support a Senior PM, prepare and analyse construction programmes, and deliver detailed client reports while attending meetings. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity in a dynamic team.

About The Role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with Data Centre experience to join our team in London. In this role you will:

We Would Welcome Your Application If You Have

• Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or Surveying.
• 2 - 5 years' experience ideally within a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role.
• Experience in Data Centres is a must.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• High level of reporting skills.
• Proficient in preparing and analysing construction programmes.
• Experience in contract administration would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Shrewd precise eye for detail.
• Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.
