Job summary

Glencar Construction is seeking a Data Centre Senior Construction Manager to lead all on-site works in London, ensuring rigorous adherence to HSE guidance and CDM regulations while delivering to programme and budget.

You will coordinate site operations, manage supply chains, run inductions and toolbox talks, enforce method statements and risk assessments, maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping, and uphold the company SHEQ policy across the site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site works and ensure controls and procedures align with HSE guidance and CDM regulations.
• Implement company SHEQ policy across the site and ensure compliance by lower tier management and operatives.
• Coordinate with Project Manager or Operations Manager/Director on project delivery and reporting lines.
• Manage day-to-day site activities including safety inductions, toolbox talks, and quality controls.
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are followed; maintain cleanliness, proper use of tools and plant, and waste reduction.
