Job summary

ISS Labour Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager (Civils) to lead data centre construction projects in Inverness, Scotland. The role covers permanent and contract opportunities, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget and to client specifications.

You will oversee programmes, budgets, procurement and teams, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers while maintaining safety, quality and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in data centre construction.
• Civil engineering/civils background essential.
• Understanding of electrical environments and MEP interfaces.
• SMSTS certification and CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of data centre construction projects.
• Oversee programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve project challenges.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee quality assurance, project completion and handover.
