Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced BEMS Design Engineer to design BMS, EPMS and EMS systems for mission-critical data centre projects. You will own engineering design from handover to commissioning, coordinating with project teams and clients to deliver safe, resilient control systems.

The role requires qualification in Electrical Engineering and at least three years' BMS experience, with expertise in BACnet/Modbus and AutoCAD. Hybrid BIM and field integration support may be involved.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum three years designing BMS systems.
• Experience in Data Centre or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of BACnet/Modbus comms.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/Navisworks helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of BMS, EPMS and EMS for data centre projects.
• Create DCS design packages, I/O schedules and controller specs.
• Coordinate with PMs, Commissioning and clients.
• Produce design documentation, FAT/SFAT support, and RFI responses.
• Assist with BIM coordination and digital engineering activities.
