Additional Resources is seeking a qualified Architect to lead data centre and industrial building design from concept through delivery. ARB/RIBA Part III accreditation and strong Revit skills are required, with proven UK construction experience across multiple work stages.

The role is on-site in Newark or London, with Manchester also considered, offering a permanent full-time position and opportunities to mentor staff and students. The firm provides a competitive package and career development.

Qualifications

Qualified Architect with ARB/RIBA Part III and UK registration.
Experience designing data centres or large-scale industrial/commercial buildings.
Proficient in Revit and related BIM workflows.
Proven UK construction experience across multiple work stages.
Ability to work on-site in Newark or London; Manchester also considered.
