Additional Resources is seeking a qualified Architect to lead data centre and industrial building design from concept through delivery. ARB/RIBA Part III accreditation and strong Revit skills are required, with proven UK construction experience across multiple work stages.

The role is on-site in Newark or London, with Manchester also considered, offering a permanent full-time position and opportunities to mentor staff and students. The firm provides a competitive package and career development.

Salary: £25,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a qualified Architect (ARB / RIBA Part III).
• We need experience in data centre or large-scale industrial/commercial building design.
• Strong Revit skills are required.
• You should have proven UK construction experience across multiple work stages.
• You must be able to work on-site in Newark or London; Manchester is also considered.
• Previous experience as a Data Centre Architect, Architect, Design Manager, Lead Architect, Project Architect, Mission Critical Architect, or in a similar role would be beneficial.
