Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in mission critical operations and maintenance of large scale electrotechnical and/or electrical and mechanical systems.
• HVAC mechanical and/or electrical background.
• Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Vocational-level education in a technical field or site engineering role.
• Experience with high/low voltage power distribution, cooling systems, and BMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adherence to safety policies, operational efficiency, and corevalues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Manage maintenance and repair operations, including coordination with subcontractors.
• Perform on-call duties and manage incidents as necessary.
• Document progress, issues, and results, and implement improvement measures.
• Provide supervision to Site Engineers I, including task assignment and development guidance.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in technical skills pertinent to troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Responsible for writing and reviewing operating procedures and assisting with planning of critical maintenance/change requests.
