Job summary

Nscale is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the SVP and the EMEA Leadership team. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate communications, and help drive strategic operational initiatives with precision and urgency.

Based in the UK with hybrid office presence in London, you will work across Finance, Ops, HR, Product and external partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and executive readiness for leadership reviews and important meetings.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of EA experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with complex schedules and cross-time-zone coordination is essential.
  • Demonstrated discretion handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars and manage executive schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and briefings for leadership reviews and board updates.
  • Act as first point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Draft and edit correspondence and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Support event planning and operational initiatives led by the SVP and EMEA team.

About the Role (Job Purpose)

The Executive Assistant provides support to the SVP and the EMEA Leadership team with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The EA will play a critical role in ensuring that the Executive(s) can be effective in their day-to-day responsibilities by managing schedules, coordinating communications, proactively problem solving, and supporting strategic operational initiatives.

What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)

  • Operational Coordination: Track and manage the action items from leadership and customer meetings, ensuring follow-ups are completed and priorities progress on time.
  • Calendar & Inbox Management: Handle complex scheduling across time zones and manage inbox, prioritising and flagging critical matters.
  • Forward Planning, Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate the leadership team's needs, resolve issues proactively, and create an environment where they can focus on strategic priorities, because they can trust in you.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, reports, and decks for operational reviews, executive team sessions, and board updates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the SVP’s first point of contact for internal teams (Finance, Ops, HR, Product, etc.) and external partners, building trusted relationships.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Event & Project Support: Assist with leadership offsites, operational events, and cross-functional initiatives

About You (Skills / Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience as an EA supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of complex Data Center and/or Construction organisations, stakeholders and workflows would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and priorities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; confident, professional, and approachable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and calm under pressure; able to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • Experience in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up environment is a plus.
