Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead Data Center construction projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor compliance while coordinating with design teams and clients to deliver complex programmes.

The role requires a solid track record in capital projects, strong MEP know-how, and 5+ years of related experience. On-site leadership and rigorous cost control are essential to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience in capital projects.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Master Project Schedule based on the Critical Path (P6).
• Establish the Master Project Budget including soft costs and hard costs.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Support contract negotiation with client and legal counsel; establish GC terms.
• Coordinate Design Team activities and approvals process.
• Coordinate constructability reviews of project documents.
• Provide and capture cost estimates with subs and vendors.
• Lead cost/change control, change orders, and delay analysis.
• Produce monthly cash flow projections.
• Lead owner-direct vendors and consultants; run OAC meetings.
• Close out process, warranties, as-builts, and final documentation.
