Job summary

Alibaba Cloud is seeking an onsite IT Operations Leader in Greater London to drive end-to-end O&M for server hardware and network equipment. You will develop high-impact strategies to maximize system stability and meet SLA targets.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in IT Operations, deep knowledge of server architecture and ITSM, and excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. You will manage an outsourced team, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure rapid root-cause resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership in IT Operations, server and network hardware.
• Experience in large-scale data centers preferred.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT Operations & Availability for servers and network equipment.
• Develop and execute O&M strategies to meet SLA metrics.
• Establish risk management and emergency response plans.
• Standardize ITSM workflows and ensure compliance.
• Guide vendor management, recruitment, and team development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and external partners.
