Job summary

TGS International Group is looking for an experienced Data Center Installation Lead to manage onsite teams during the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across multiple locations. The role involves overseeing structured cabling, rack and stack operations while ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with structured cabling systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both personnel and project timelines effectively. Travel may be required for domestic and international deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with structured cabling systems required.
• Strong attention to detail in cable dressing and labeling.
• Experience in managing large-scale HPC or data center installations.
• Proficient in rack and stack operations with various mounting systems.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills essential.
• Ability to work independent and manage onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering teams during installations.
• Coordinate project activities and resolve issues onsite.
