Cloudflare is seeking a data center operations engineer to maintain and improve our global network across Lisbon and London. You will collaborate with SRE, Network Engineering, Deployment teams and partners to uphold uptime and drive efficiency across thousands of locations.

You will bring deep data center, networking and automation experience, coordinating remote contractors and guiding infrastructure delivery.

Formación

Experience with data center infrastructure and DCIM tools.
Minimum 4 years experience of Linux systems administration.
Experience managing and instructing remote contractors.
Familiarity with standing up infrastructure in remote colocation facilities.
Experience running and improving operational processes, including automation tooling.
Familiarity with data center deployment, migration, decommissioning projects.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network Engineering and SRE to manage datacenter tasks for 330+ cities and 125+ countries.
Maintain Data Center environment operational availability.
Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate documentation and speed up troubleshooting.
Create and maintain documentation, SOPs and MOPs.
Support and configure network infrastructure where required.
Provide feedback to internal teams to support tools and vendor partnerships.
