Job summary

Airedale by Modine in Leeds is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Systems & Lifecycle Management team. You will lead end-to-end delivery of HVAC and BMS solutions for data centres, hospitals and critical environments, coordinating multiple internal and external parties.

You will shape standard practices, manage project meetings, ensure QA/QC, safety and on-time delivery, and contribute to forecasting and invoicing processes. Travel to European sites may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC or BMS project delivery experience.
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• CSCS card holder.
• Strong leadership and process-driving ability.
• QA/QC knowledge.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel, possibly across Europe.
• Strong organisational and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple HVAC/BMS projects from start to finish.
• Support forecasting and invoicing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and QA/QC within the team.
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder liaison.
• Coordinate multi-site and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure safety, CDM compliance and quality standards.
• Manage customer specifications, program updates and variation management.
