Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead design, pre-construction, and construction phases for a Northumberland-based project. You will coordinate with Facilities, Designers, Engineers, and Vendors to deliver a campus-wide development plan on time and within budget.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering and 5+ years in commercial construction, with strong MS Office skills and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for program updates to executives, and Excel for budgets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create monthly updates on development program and project status for executive reviews.
• Develop a master development plan for sites, including campus design and capital budget.
• Oversee entitlement and permitting needs for assigned sites.
• Monitor budgets and schedules to ensure on-time completion.
