Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in London is seeking a Capacity Assignment Specialist (m/f/d) to support the global capacity strategy by coordinating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to assign space and power across data centers. You will monitor capacity, validate availability, generate reports, and ensure governance and data integrity across DCIM, CRM/CPQ, ERP, and other systems.

A Bachelor’s degree and several years in inventory planning or analytics in data-center environments are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, analytics, or engineering
• Several years in inventory management, capacity planning, reporting, or analytics roles
• Experience with data center space, power, cooling fundamentals
• Familiarity with DCIM, CMDB, CRM/CPQ, ERP systems and analytics tools
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Operations and Planning teams, and to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capacity with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to assign space and power across data centers
• Validate availability against capacity ledger and manage holds, reservations and commits
• Provide timely confirmations and escalate allocation risks or oversubscription
• Maintain reporting on inventory availability, utilization and reservation status
