Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Business Development Executive to build relationships with data center developers and contractors, sourcing high-level talent and placing specialists into the US market. You'll work from day one on live vacancies with a hot desk and a meritocratic culture.

Training is provided, with two weeks of intensive sales coaching from industry leaders. Earnings are heavily commission-based, with second-year averages around $170K+ and many crossing $100K in their first year.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience is not required; sales or business development experience is highly valued.
