Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst to join a high-profile Investment Banking transformation programme. You will drive data-focused initiatives across Global Markets, improving data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities.

You will analyse complex data requirements, perform data mapping and lineage analysis, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver data-related solutions. Stakeholder influence and a strong analytics background are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience within Investment Banking Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Global Markets front-to-back processes.
• Experience with data-focused transformation or change programmes.
• Knowledge of data governance, reference data, and enterprise data domains.
• Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Strong data analysis and investigation capabilities.
• Understanding of data design and data modelling concepts.
• Experience with data mapping and lineage analysis.
• Strong SQL querying skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple teams and functions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
• Familiarity with Hypercube or similar data analysis tools is advantageous
