AND Digital in Manchester is seeking a Senior/Managing Consultant to lead data and business analysis work for a 3-month engagement. You will partner with clients to uncover core problems, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and guide analytics and data product discussions with stakeholders and engineers.

Senior/Managing Consultant - Data & Business Analysis, 3 months, Manchester

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Strong business analysis, consulting and problem-solving skills, ideally in data, analytics or digital environments
• Ability to work with stakeholders to uncover the real business problem rather than simply capture stated requirements
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams, turning sometimes ambiguous needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Good understanding of data, analytics and data products – enough to work effectively with data engineers, analysts and architects and get into the detail when needed
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, including confidence working directly with client stakeholders
• Experience supporting products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement
• A strong focus on business outcomes, adoption and value, rather than seeing delivery as complete once a technical solution has been built
• Curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership, challenging thinking and bringing structure to ambiguous problems
