Data Breach Litigator – London or Manchester

Location: Hybrid | London (King’s Cross) or Manchester (Central)

Looking to join a disruptive legal business combining litigation finance, legal tech, and access to justice?

We’re working exclusively with a fast-scaling, SRA-regulated law firm that’s on a mission to reshape how consumer claims are handled. Backed by private capital and fresh off a strategic acquisition in the North West, this firm is investing heavily in its data breach litigation team — and they’re hiring.

With over 8,000 active data breach claims already in motion (and more incoming daily), they’re seeking two experienced litigators to help drive quality outcomes and contribute to a more ethical, tech-enabled approach to group litigation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running your own caseload of data breach claims from pre-action to resolution
• Supporting both individual and group actions
• Collaborating with internal claims and legal ops teams
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties to push claims forward

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, ideally with claimant-side or data breach exposure
• Strong organisational and case management skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
• Formal qualification not essential if you have strong data breach litigation experience
• Flexibility to work from London or Manchester
• Hybrid working, open to relocation/sponsorship
