Data Breach Litigator – London or Manchester

Location: Hybrid | London (King’s Cross) or Manchester (Central)

Level: 2+ PQE or equivalent experience

We’re working exclusively with a fast-scaling, SRA-regulated law firm that’s on a mission to reshape how consumer claims are handled. Backed by private capital and recent strategic acquisition in the North West, this firm is investing heavily in its data breach litigation team — and they’re hiring.

With over 8,000 active data breach claims already in motion (and more incoming daily), they’re seeking two experienced litigators to help drive quality outcomes and contribute to a more ethical, tech-enabled approach to group litigation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running your own caseload of data breach claims from pre-action to resolution
• Supporting both individual and group actions
• Collaborating with internal claims and legal ops teams
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties to push claims forward

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, ideally with claimant-side or data breach exposure
• Strong organisational and case management skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
• Formal qualification not essential if you have strong data breach litigation experience
