Job summary

Elizabeth Norman International is seeking a Data Operations Manager for a London-based hybrid role. You will own the operational delivery of large-scale, multi-market research programmes, combining technical expertise with project delivery and process improvement.

You will script surveys, process data, build dashboards, and drive workflow automation, while managing stakeholders across research, operations, and technology teams to deliver efficient, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience within market research, research operations, or data processing.
• Strong survey scripting skills (Qualtrics, Decipher, Forsta, Dimensions or similar).
• Experience with quantitative data workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Automation and process improvement experience.

Data Operations Manager

Salary: Up to £50,000

London-based hybrid role

I'm working with an award winning, leading insights and research business that is investing heavily in automation, technology, and operational excellence.

They're looking for a Data Operations Manager to join their team and take ownership of the operational delivery of large-scale, multi-market research programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with project delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

You'll be involved in:

• Survey scripting, data processing, reporting, and workflow automation
• Managing complex research projects and mitigating delivery risks
• Building and improving automation workflows and operational processes
• Working closely with research, operations, and technology teams
• Driving efficiencies and helping shape the future of research operations

We're looking for:

• Experience within market research, research operations, or data processing
• Strong survey scripting skills (Qualtrics, Decipher, Forsta, Dimensions or similar)
