Job summary

Aspire is seeking a Data Automation Manager in London to lead hands-on automation, streamline workflows and API improvements for domestic and international research projects.

The role requires 5+ years agency experience, strong data skills with dashboards, cross-tabs, and data cleaning using SPSS, Q or DisplayR, and the ability to translate technical issues into commercial impact while keeping senior stakeholders informed. The position is hybrid with 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience delivering large-scale programmes and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong quantitative data expertise, including cross-tabs, dashboards, reporting, data cleaning and transformation using SPSS, Q or DisplayR.
• Commercially aware, organised and technically capable, with experience automating workflows, managing risks and improving operational delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on automation, workflow and API improvement, maintaining operational tooling while coordinating resources and delivery priorities.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, strengthen QA and governance, resolving technical issues and minimising downstream impact.
• Translate technical issues into commercial impacts, challenge risky timelines, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
