Job summary

LA International is seeking a Data Architect with Active SC Clearance to join our team in London. You will work with large-scale data environments, defining master data management strategies, entity resolution, and AI-assisted data matching.

You will lead enterprise data modelling, design Golden Records, survivorship rules, and data governance, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale data solutions as a Data Architect.
• Deep expertise in Entity Resolution and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience designing Golden Record models, entity hierarchies, and data governance.
• Strong knowledge of record linkage, deduplication, clustering, and matching algorithms.
• Experience implementing survivorship rules, standardisation and data merging strategies.
• Desirable experience with AI/ML techniques for entity matching.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data architecture, data quality and large-scale integration.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering fixed-scope projects to challenging timescales.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise Entity Resolution solutions across multiple data sources.
• Design scalable Master Data Management architectures and Golden Record models.
• Develop record linkage, matching, deduplication, clustering, and survivorship strategies.
• Define entity hierarchies, data standards, and data governance processes.
• Monitor and improve matching accuracy, precision, recall, and platform scalability.
• Support AI/ML approaches to improve entity matching and data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Produce architecture documentation and ensure delivery against milestones.
