Job summary

Fruition Group seeks a Data Architect to define how commercial and customer data cross the combined estate, starting with contract and entitlement models and a CRM rebuild. This hands-on role involves modelling, profiling, and writing specifications for engineering and finance teams.

The position focuses on Azure / Fabric, canonical data definitions, and an integrated platform roadmap within a RegTech environment. Hybrid work in West Yorkshire is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven data modelling across conceptual, logical, and physical layers.
• Experience with contract/entitlement/usage-based billing data and temporal modelling.
• Data governance in regulated environments: auditability, lineage, PII handling under UK GDPR.
• Ability to align commercial, finance, product and engineering on definitions.
• Capability to design both OLTP and OLAP pathways without conflation.

Responsibilities

• Produce an enterprise data entity map across core business entities and systems of record.
• Define canonical contract/entitlement models with versioning and full lineage.
• Design target quote-to-cash flow with separated billing and analytics paths.
• Specify data contracts between CRM, rating/billing, and finance and ensure data quality.
