Job summary

Comxps Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a contractor to work with a government client on data modelling tasks. The role emphasizes conceptual data modelling within a large organisation, requiring BPSS clearance and the ability to handle complex data sets.

Job description

Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).

Location: BIRMINGHAM min 3 days per week on site (would also look at candidates London based to travel but note no further scope to increase the rate for London candidates)

Contracting Authority: Government Client

Contract Length: Until end of March 2027 – there is likely to be scope to extend

Clearance: BPSS

Essential Criteria:

1. Experience of data modelling tools
2. Experience working in complex organisations - Public sector/government/constructions/finance/telecoms with large complex amounts of data (does not have to be pub sector)
3. Need to have experience of the conceptual understanding of data modelling. They are not looking for a data engineer or full stack data architects

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience with Sparks enterprise architecture.
