Job summary
Pertemps Network Group is seeking an AI & Data Apprenticeship Trainer/Coach to deliver workshops and coaching for apprenticeship programmes across the UK. You will manage a caseload of learners, guide progression, and ensure portfolio development and workplace application of learning.
The role emphasizes data analytics, AI, and digital technologies, with opportunities to shape curriculum and stay aligned with employer needs. Flexible remote working is available.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver and coach learners on apprenticeship programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics, AI, Automation and digital technologies.
- Experience managing learner caseloads and conducting progress reviews.
- Understanding of apprenticeship standards, funding and EPA processes.
- Experience using Power BI, Excel, SQL or Python to support learning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging workshops and technical training sessions.
- Manage a caseload of apprentices throughout their programme journey.
- Conduct progress reviews and action planning with learners.
- Support portfolio development and evidence gathering.
- Apply learning in the workplace and prepare for Gateway and EPA.
- Contribute to curriculum development to stay aligned with employer needs.
