Job summary

Informed Recruitment Limited partners with an award-winning regeneration and property development organisation to recruit a Data and Systems Manager. You will oversee the operation, governance and continuous improvement of business applications, ensuring systems are reliable and aligned with business needs.

You will balance day-to-day system management with longer-term planning, supplier management, data quality, reporting and active stakeholder engagement within a major digital transformation

Qualifications

• Experience of managing operation and improvement of business applications.
• Experience of data governance and management.
• Exposure to data and document management systems.
• Ability to balance operational management with longer term planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that systems remain aligned with business requirements and are reliable.
• Provide trusted information, data quality, and reporting across the organisation.
• Manage commercial data and document management systems and ensure service health.
• Coordinate implementations, upgrades, releases, configuration, testing and transition into support.
• Maintain systems roadmaps and improvement planning; align with business priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and shape system priorities.
• Oversee the data and systems administration team and support services documentation.
