Job summary

VML in London is seeking a Data & Analytics Partner to lead the setup and onboarding of a new client. You will be a trusted partner across VML and WPP to ensure delivery of world-class data, analytics and AI services for major brands.

This role requires establishing a data-driven operating model, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and driving new business opportunities through compelling proposals and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data and analytics in a consulting/agency setting.
• Proven ability to build client relationships from junior to C-suite.
• Strong proposal development and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead a client-focused data and analytics team across onboarding and delivery.
• Act as strategic advisor to leverage data, martech, analytics and AI for client goals.
• Develop data/AI roadmaps, measurement frameworks and operating models.
