Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is recruiting for a global financial services business based in Belfast. The role combines hands-on BI development with team leadership and direct engagement with senior decision-makers across the organisation.

You’ll own the day-to-day effectiveness of the Power BI environment, develop analytical products and explore practical uses of AI and automation. From commercial forecasting to client intelligence, you’ll take ideas through discovery, prototyping, delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI development and platform management skills with strong SQL.
• Experience leading analytics teams and delivering solutions from requirements to adoption.
• Experience applying AI or automation to business problems.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms, ideally Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve Power BI semantic models, reports and dashboards using DAX, Power Query and SQL.
• Manage platform operations, access, performance, releases and technical standards.
• Develop HTML dashboards and web-based analytical applications.
• Prototype solutions using generative AI, Copilot, AI agents and automation.
